We have many committe’s open for the 2015-2016 School Year. We would like to have these committee’s filled before our last meeting on May 5, 2015.
The list is as follows:
Chaperones: Pool Party, Festivals, Trips, etc.
Membership: Recruitment, Manage Contact Information, etc. Julie Kanturek will head up for 2015-2016 School Year but will need someone to shadow her and take over the committee for the 2016-2017 School Year.
Concert Host: Set Up and Clean Up at concerts, Ticket taker, Usher, Program Stuffer, etc.
Publicity: Website Content, Communications, Curriculum Night, 8th Grade Recruitment Night, etc. Andy Kanturek currently heads up this committee but will need someone to shadow him and take over the committee for the 2016-2017 School Year.
Cheesecakes: Student Tasting Setup & Cleanup this is done during the day. Distribution in November.
Citrus: Distribution in December
Trip Fund Raising: Help count/administer student fundraising activities.
Year End Picnic: Setup & Cleanup, Food preparation, Food distribution, Cooks, etc.
July 4th Parade: Marching with band keeping them hydrated, Refreshments at end of parade, Drivers with vans.
Marching Panthers Pit Crew: Move the band equipment onto the field for performances during football season.
Executive Board: President and Treasurer Positions are currently open.
The President and the Treasurer positions will be open for the 2015-2016 School Year. The Music Booster’s cannot be run without a full board. These positions take very little of your time. The meetings are now run every other month, for one night and they only last for about 30 minutes.
